My family and I have been to Great American Cookies several times for birthday cookies and the random mall trip. Good cookies... not that good though. I was originally a big fan but now I realize that it is just not worth the price. Definitely not my favorite or my first choice when it comes to cookies. When there are no prices listed anywhere at the location... it shows that you will be paying too much at checkout.

My wife really likes their cookies. I only get their cookie cake and pumpkin bread when they have it. Of the stuff I have tried it is all pretty good. I just dont buy a lot of pastries.

Cookies are a little pricey but I love them!! The icing is addictive. Maybe it's because I grew up with them.

Great MURICANCOOKIES. Often, a cookie cake from somewhere else will do. But you can't beat a brownie or cookie cake covered in their fudge icing. Oh man.

Tradition in family for over35 years

I have ordered a couple of cookie cakes from here. My boyfriend LOVES them. This year I had forgotten to order it and they were able to make it the same day for me. I highly recommend them.

Great sugar cookies!

My family visited there for a little treat. We usually order chocolate chip double doozies. Surprisingly they had pumpkin spice cookies already. That particular flavor is a new favorite!

Great goodies

My sons are away at college, it was the oldest sons birthday and we couldn't be there for it. I ordered a cookie cake using the online order process. Cookie was to be ready for pickup at 2, when my son showed up at 5 to pick it up, they hadn't even started icing it and he had to wait 30 more minutes for them to complete it. He was then rushed, got it back to the college and they had spelled my sons name wrong on the cookie. Very frustrating and disappointing.

I liked the cookies, but I think that they were Chinese knock offs.
